Birthdays Privacy Policy

ChromeDome Software ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Birthdays mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.
Information We Don't Collect
The Birthdays app is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers. Specifically:
- Birthday information you track stays on your device only
- Contact data imported from your Contacts app remains local to your device
- Photos you add for people are stored only on your device
- Notification preferences are stored only on your device
Data Stored on Your Device
The App stores the following information locally on your device:
- Names and birthdays of people you add
- Photos you choose to associate with people
- Your notification preferences
This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
Contacts Access
The App can import birthday information from your device's Contacts app. This data is read locally and is never transmitted to any external server.
Photo Library Access
The App allows you to select photos from your photo library to associate with people. These photos are copied and stored locally within the App and are never transmitted externally.
Notifications
The App can send you local notifications to remind you of upcoming birthdays. These notifications are generated entirely on your device.
In-App Purchases
The App uses RevenueCat to process in-app purchases. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat collects:
- Transaction data (purchase amount, date, product identifier)
- A random anonymous user identifier
- Device information (device type, operating system version)

Apple also processes your payment information directly through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details.
Children's Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
